My washing machine was not working so I just searched for the lg Customer Care Number On Google And Got This number ***********, so without even looking or checking it's authenticity I gave a call and spoke to a person and explained him everything then after * hours I got a call from a person name sultan who was sent as a technician , he came and did the basic Checking after which he said motor and cup packing is gone so I have to get them both change and it will cost me around **** so I said ok. Next day another person name Sam came in as a technician and said my machine is a stop model and so cup packing is not available but motor can be changed so i was charged for motor and the service charge was rs. **** with one year warranty so if the machine still don't work I can give a call n he will come back and rectify it free of cost, bill and cash given and he was gone forever.
Next day machine was not working and it was the same so I got really pissed and called them but neither Sam or sultan or the call center picked up my phone.. it was either switched off or they were not picking up.I generally have a habit of asking Id card before letting any sevice person inside but coz I was in hurry and machine needed urgent repair I believed him when he said I'd card is getting renewed.
Never Ever Call This Number Or entertain Such Thing, It's Not About Money But It's About Fraud Which Is Happening On Such a Big Scale, They Are Saving Our Numbers And Once Their servicing Is Done They Block Those Number And Disappear.
Beware And Always Call toll Free Numbers only.
