I purchased LG split AC and now it's in * years since I purchased it.
I am facing gas leakage issue since first year itself and each time I am getting false assurance from your technicians.
This has cause me lost my warranty as well. Each time every technician would claim it won't happen again but issue never got resolved.
Now suggest me how can I get it replaces and I want it at all cost.
Even I have records which can be verified by you looking into your system.
If matter is not resolved means product is not replaced I will have no option other then going to consumer forum
There is no communication from your side.
I am trying to reach out to every mentioned person.
Is this way you provide services?
See after sales, service is equally important
I have been believer in LG product but this sort of way of handling any issue has broken my trust in your company's service after sales.
Now do whatever shit you want to do, I know there must be process to replace the faulty product, that's what I want from you.. No crap but you keep on sending me this blah blah person to contact.
Let me know the process to replace it, don't give me any no. This time
I would like to escalate this further and will do it anyhow.
