Micromax - led tv mother board not replacing which is under warranty

i have purchased micromax led tv on *rd march **** which has *+* years warranty. tv not working since oct **,**** and I have raised complaint to micromax through their customer support call center with Ref : **-******-******* on **th oct, ****.
**th oct **** their service technician visited our house to inspect the tv , as per technician tv mother board gone faulty needs to be replaced.
after **th oct no body reply back to me with any information , call center do not have any update information every time they promise to arrange call back with **hrs from concern team , which never fulfilled.
