TCL - LCD Display of mobile

I purchased a TCL mobile from Jio showroom nallakunta, Hyderabad which stopped working after * months, when I approached the Jio shop they said it has to be taken to service centre to resolve the problem. I have been searching for authorised service centre since * months and there is no service centre of TCL mobile service in Hyderabad. The Jio shop person does not register a complaint or take the responsibility. What shall I do ?
