I have ordered food through Swiggy app which I paid the full amount through my paytm wallet. The order should be delivered in ** minutes but after ** minutes when I called the assigned executive he told me that another executive took my order packet mistakenly and now my order is preparing again and it will take more time to deliver. Then after * an half hour executive delivered my order and told me that he waited that executive to come back with the packet and then he takes it to me and its same packet was taken by another executive.
Food was cold which I complaint to customer support and they said they will refund me Rs ***/- as a token of apology but my concern is when I order food and waiting for the hot food on time and already paid it then how can Swiggy just pay me some amount by saying as token of apology.
