I had booked a Dell inspiron **** through Dells store in Saroj Plaza, near Maxus Mall,Bhayender, on **.**.** through the sales incharge Mr Sandeep Gupta.
I stay abroad and had asked Sandeep about the time for delivery and was told it will be ** days.
For the last * days I am calling Sandeep and either he does not take the call or if he takes the call he responds by saying he will call in * minutes.
I have to fly back in * days time and the store is not even bothered to respond.
Very pathetic service.
This is the last time I will buy anything in India through order.
