- KPN Travels Bus Delay ^Open

On Nov **th, ****, I had scheduled to go Bangalore from Salem via Bus from KPN travels. I booked the ticket from redbus.com price of ***.** INR.
On Nov **th, ****, I had scheduled to go Bangalore from Salem via Bus from KPN travels. I booked the ticket from redbus.com price of ***.** INR.
I had a flight for the travels to another country from Bangalore Airport, due to this time delay of this bus service, myself and my father had lots of suffered. We discussed with the bus drivers once it reached the Salem destination point, they were saying that they can reach the Bengaluru by *.** pm only. But I must be at the airport by *.** pm. I am reaching Bangalore city *:** pm meant there is no way to reach the airport before *:** pm. Because of the Bangalore city traffic in the central to Bangalore airport will take * hrs travel time. So, we changed our travel plan and we organized a private car to avoid the missing of the flight.
So, we booked a car locally (Salem) and reached airport *:** pm with a lot of suffering. I want to file a complaint on this travel.
