kent elegant alkaline defective unit was purchased from Kent April ** **** and still in warranty. (Sales person was Dimpal Kumar **********).On *th June the unit started leaking internally. A service request number was ******-***** was generated by Kent service. Vijay from Kent RO *********** came for the repair. Even after the repair,the unit has restarted leaking heavily the day after. I kept wasting my time in calling Kent technicians again and again to my apartment and disturbing my tranquil life. The second time the technician came, they fixed the leakage, but after they went, the unit started switching ON and OFF on its own multiple times throughout the day. Experiencing how defective the UNIT is I requested for an exchange or full refund, which they denied outright. I registered for service request for the third time, for which the technician is deliberately delaying coming to my house. I now have no option but to approach consumer forums worldwide as escalating these cases to higher management of Kent has yielded no results.
