I have purchased a RO from kent having Installation Date on **/**/**** and its registered in my wife's name.I have registered a complaint regarding the abnormality of ro. It's water leakge from the top side of the tank. After checking the service man told to replace the RO membrane & carbon filter and he told it will be on chargeable basis.
My concern is its already under warranty period. The behavior of service person is pathetic.The point he is saying not matching any clauses of warranty. He is saying only once the RO membrane can be provided during the warranty period.For the *nd RO membrane during warranty period I have to submit the water test certificate.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
