Since one week m calling the engineer who was authorised for my service ..
On daily basis he is saying i will come today i will come today. On thursday he abused me that uh are not paying me and he talked me in rude manner.
I called customer care on daily basis too but still they are saying we will connect you to our senior but the did not.
Today i checked status I found that my complaint is already resolved and engineer already visited such thing happened without sharing my OTP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
