Justdial Ltd - Justdial ECS without Business

Dear sir/mam,
My name vishant mhatre ( Ruvi Enterprises Nallasopara East ) **********.
My complaint is your executive Not co -operate with me. He pay the amount ****/- for create the account in jd on**/*/**. then getting on **/*/** same amount from my bank account for ecs. But he did not deposit for ecs he created new ac on my name ruvis. Then did not respond my calls. Now this month jd team customers support take him on conference call with me and he told me that "he can freeze the ac ruvis but you pay ****/- amount for ecs for Ruvi Enterprises." then i pay same amount to his colleague mr jatin he take the amount and he told me that he mail to company stopped ecs from my ac. But till he is not updated amount on your system and also daily i getting bounce charges from my bank cause your company sending ecs to my ac. So till day i debited ****/- amount bounce charges. So please let me know who will pay that amount.that was not my fault i am always guided from your team but still not getting leads. So please help me and close my business with justdial and refund my amount with bounce charges.
