Justdial Ltd - I want to stop my service with Justdial

I was listed my business on Justdial on April but I never get business from there, they send wrong lead and late also so I was decided to end my business service with Justdial so I call that guy who came from Justdial he was so rude and not helping me anyway so I decided to call ********** they always forwarding call or cutting it and helping anyhow to stop my business they are saying you can’t stop you business in middle . I told customer service that I m out of my business so please stop my service and ecs monthly payments but they are just call me that they not possible before that or registered your complaint this that
