Justdial Ltd - Online money taken by Justdial agent

Hello sir/ma'am ,
I am a doctor . I am having my dental clinic.I have paid **** amount to Justdial ltd. One of their agent came to me for * times and asked me to get the plan .this will definitely increase your business ... * times I refused him but third time again he came to me and asked sir you can get this plan for * months then if don't get the benefits you can close the account . I am asking for * months charge only .. and he asked I ll get the payment online .there was no any clue of any kind of form filling which will be linked to bank account ... Then I agreed .. and then he asked me to pay online **** by scanning Justdial scanner . I paid through that . Then he went outside and got a form and said sir. Rest **** you will have to fill in this form and by providing bank details . I saw that was a ECS form I refused to fill that I said why didn't you told me this before taking money online as this form is asking for payment of annual plan and you are saying this is for * months ... He said I told you but he didn't .but I said it was not asked me in any meeting . Then he said sir you have given online payment It will not be refunded . Now you ll have to fill form .. I said I will not fill the form .. he said ok you will not get your money which you have paid online .. I said I ll talk to customer care then he said ok as your wish . Then he left my place . I want to register a complaint why their agents are not telling complete story all the forms n all ... I want my refund back if I m not the activated user and not intrested to fill the bank details . How can they keep the money if am not their user .
