On Feb **th, Placed A Request For Jio Fiber Which Demanded An Installation Charges Of ****rs Which Will Be Deducted When Jio Internet Plan Will Be Selected Later. After Many Weeks Of Follow Up , Finally They Visited The House And Mentioned There Are No Free Ports And Internet Cannot Be Provided And The Paid Amount Would Be Refunded.
The Status On The App Since The Request Placed Until Today It Has Been Same With No Progress. I Have Sent Out Mail On Jio App Support, Did Consistent Calls To Customer Care For Hours Almost Every Alternate Day For Refund And Also Put On Twitter About The Issue Yet There Has Been No Refund Or No Progress Even After ** Days. I Sincerely Request For A Refund Along With Interest Of Paid Money For Holding The Amount For Many Days And Doing Nothing. I Also Waited For Almost ** Days For Them To Confirm On Internet Connection To Be Given Or No For My Residence. I Later Had To Switch To Another Service Provider.
These Many Days Of My Effort Has Gone In Vain For Internet Connection And Refund. Kindly Help Me In Getting The Money Credited Back To The Source Along With Interest.
