Subject: Compliant regarding bad service of JIO Fiber connection (Connection No: +**-**********) and misbehave and misconduct of JIO employees lead to Mental harassment.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Ashish Kumar from Jamshedpur Jharkhand- (Contact no: **********). I took the Jio Fiber connection ***+GST plan below is the timeline and complaint incidents with evidence.
Connection activation dated **th April **** with payment of ~ Rs. **** advance payments for * month vide Connection No: +**-**********. It was installed and commissioned by Jio Staff Mr. Ranjan Singh (**********).
Installation team had used the old wire of Jio which was installed *-* years back in my house I told to install new cable but they denied may be they are saving the cost by saving the new cables.
On **th April I received call from JIO another staff (Mr. Gyaneshwar Lal : **********) for feedback about the Fiber service I am getting, I gave full transparent feedback saying I am facing several issues regarding the connection fron the *st day of installation like Speed is slow, Half of the house is getting network half is not getting network, In my home there are * mobiles in * mobiles internet is catching and in * not catching , *G network is just showing but not getting connected in phone, in mobile & laptop connection is getting automatically disconnected after every * minutes due to which my children and myself & spouse are facing issues in online works like Online classes, Office work etc.
Compliant was informed to Jio Employees Mr. Ranjan Singh & Gyaneshwar Lal on **th April **, After rigorous follow up and reminders they some how visited my house to check the issue on **th April i.e after * days. I felt really bad that I have paid * month ka advance that’s why Jio employees attitude is like that now they don’t want to waste any time on customer compliant resolution. So finally, Mr Ranjan Singh declared that Router is faulty and it will be replaced within * days.
I did follow up with Mr. Ranjan Singh that please replace the router as we are facing issues at Home my office work, my wife’s online class and my kids online class is getting impacted a lot `but there was no seriousness to resolve the issue. I then escalated matter to Mr. Gyaneshwar Lal to my shock he blocked my number and whatsapp. I am sharing all WhatsApp messages Jio can see the attitude and rude behave of their Jio employees towards the corporate customer like us they don’t even bother to reply or take our calls not bothered to share the status and finally they started writing undisciplined messages because of my followup.
Till date its approx. ** days and my issue is not resolved as mentioned above my entire trust, belief on JIO company and its employee has gone. I request Jio Management to resolve my issue by today and do not send such scrap staffs to customer who are misbehaving and destroying the name of Jio company I request for strict action for the same as I have attached all WhatsApp messages screenshot. Entire nation should know how Jio employees are making customer fools by taking advance for * month and leaving customer in pain and bad situation as there is no after sales support.
I have been given below technical reasons for bad service of Jio fiber by Mr. Ranjan Singh which looks baseless (Sir in your house lots of Walls is there so signal not able to pass, your house is very big so router coverage issue blah blah). I want to tell that in my apartment lot of flats are there and no where such issues came up. Its hardware issue due to which I am not getting proper network and signal etc. but Jio employees wants to make us fool this is unethical approach of business. Is this the training given to Staffs of JIO how to handle customers. Really Questionable.!!!!!
It is a big scam of taking advance for * month from customer and trapping the customer and providing bad after sales support and improper internet services.
