Makemy Trip - Jetairways ticket refund pending by MakeMyTrip

Had booked flight ticket on Makemytrip from London to India including return for * adults and * child.
Jetairways cancelled the ticket and I have been following up with Makemy trip regarding this. But there is no update from Makemytrip.
