I am writing this mail for the worst experience ever had with Jetairways. I had booked an online ticket from Dammam to Indore dated ** Dec ****, and because of unfortunate incident happened with Jet staff, they simply cancelled my ticket with complete unresponsible behaviour. Normally Jet airways is giving around **, ** or ** kg baggage allowance for international flight but on my ticket mentioned only ** kg since I didn't book it from any agent (by online) and my luggage was ** kg at counter but they simply deny to consider it for * kg only even it is much less than ** or ** kg considering in an international flight. Because of this I had an argument with their staff and my uncle spoke to me in some bad words (not to jet staff) regarding their service and cooperation compared to other airlines because of this only they simply cancelled my ticket and didn't allow me to check-in even after I reduced my luggage & so many apologies for my uncle's behaviour who was totally upset with their service and talking to me not to jet staff but still I beg for his mistake even though they didn't allow me to fly. I had an emergency in my home and informed the same also but no consideration which was totally irresponsible and unacceptable behaviour with their valuable passengers who are paying for travelling.
Since they have cancelled my ticket and the problems I faced (I had to stay whole night at Dammam airport & board next available another airlines flight which is not to Indore also). I am forced to make a complaint against them and need a complete refund of my ticket and compensation also for the problems. I had faced this problem because of the ego of their Saudi staff.
Now, it's been more than a month to request them for a refund but still, nothing happened. They even denied the refund.
