I have my flight from Indore to calcutta tomorrow on **th January ****. Flight number *W ***. They have rescheduled the flight and in a way that's so inconvenient for us. I am in Nimuch a small town in madhya pradesh. Travelling to indore from Nimuch is * hours by bus for me. My flight was supposed to depart at **** hrs and now they have rescheduled it to **** hrs and the flight will now go from indore via Delhi to kolkata. When I booked my tickets I was supposed to depart from indore at **** hrs and reach kolkata by **** hours. Now because of their ridiculous rescheduling I am departing from indore at **** hrs and reaching Delhi where I have to kill * hours with my son at the airport and then depart from Delhi and reach kolkata at **** hrs. This is ridiculous. I am trebling with my son and I have to set off from Nimuch at midnight to reach indore before noon. I am extremely disappointed with the manner they are treating their customers. Just shipping them from one place to another like we are not humans but some goods. We also have scheduled appointments and work to attend to. There is complete disregard for customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
