These are my ticket numbers. Cancelled them on April **. It's already May ** and I haven't received the refund yet. Every day and every time I call the customer care by some reason or the other they say to wait. It will take time. They asked me to mail them but I get no response. They say to me that you can only wait. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
