Jet Airways India - No response from after cancelling my flight twice

Jet Airways have cancelled my flight from Patna to Delhi scheduled on **rd Mar'**. After that, I called and rescheduled it for someday. But to my surprise, I got another email stating that even rescheduled flight has been cancelled. Since morning I tried calling their number multiple times, but they are just wasting valuable time of customer by keeping them on hold for more than an hour. It's really mental harassment to the customer and such offence should be severely punished by DGCA.
