On **th September **** Jeeves sent a mail stating that they will initiate the Refund as they were unable to repair the washing machine from last ** days. They asked bank detail on **th September **** and I shared the details on the same day, and it is pending and no progress is made.
The jeeves customer support is just asking me to wait for * day again and again. This is pathethic service from the Jeeves. Jeeves is not providing the refund. they are also not able to repair the washing machine which is under the extended warranty.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
