Sai filed complaint against Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited on Oct 8, 2020
The claim was lodged on *st September****, regarding vu tv main board needed to be replaced. On *rd October the technician came with the part but the replacement part itself was faulty. Technician has not updated same information on their side. Since then no reply or communication has been given by the fraudulent company "Jeeves" and which cheaters it's customers by saying "wait for **hrs more". They are not talking to service team about the update. They are not providing any email or SMS conformation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
