I have purchased Complete TV Protection (* years) plan through above said company i.e Jeeves consumer services Private Limited which was exclusively for Acer LED Television purchased from Flipkart Platform
I.e.. Above plan includes Warranty and accidental and liquid damage ( ADLD) i.e a. Any manufacturing defects, b. Accidental Damage (Resulting in Functionality Issue), c. Liquid Damage (Resulting in Functionality Issue), d. Damage due to voltage fluctuation with Guaranteed exchange value within * years of purchase of the Covered Product.
Total Amount I paid for TV along with Complete TV protection (* Years) Plan is Rs. **,***/- (Rs. *****/- For TV and Rs. ****/- For protection Plan)
On **th of July **** I faced problem of display in my TV and I raised complaint to Jeeves consumer services Private Limited through Phone to their Customer support no. *********** (Claim No. CLCPT***********.) and their agent visited our house to check the TV and informed us that LED Panel of the TV has issue and to be replaced.
Further I have been Informed by the company (Jeeves consumer services Private Limited) that my claim is approved for replacement of TV with new one. After approving my replacement claim they stopped responding and whenever I call or email them, they just ask me to wait for * business days and now is almost * months with the same response and delay they are not providing me any resolution.
As per the plan (Complete TV Protection * years) I have purchased from them, turnaround time for resolving the issue is ** Days and refund if unable to repair (as per Rest Sum Assured (‘RSA’) should be done. They are neither resolving, repairing , replacing ,nor refunding the sum assured which is *** % of the purchase amount.
