माझ्या वडिलांनी नाप्पटॉल दूरदर्शन जाहिरातीतून एक juicer mixer विकत घेतला. त्याला पॅकेज मिळाले परंतु ते अपूर्ण होते आणि त्यानुसार रक्कम ** * इतकी होती परंतु त्याने ** * * रुपये भरण्याची मागणी केली. तो इतका साक्षर नाही की जेव्हा मी दिल्लीहून माझ्या घरी परत आलो तेव्हा तो तक्रार करण्यास सक्षम होऊ शकत नाही. मी फक्त याच विषयाबद्दल * दिवसांनी नापोलोलला कळविले पण त्यांनी मला दोन दिवस थांबण्याची विनंती केली, मी विनंती केल्याप्रमाणे मी थांबलो पण मला परत कॉल आला आणि त्यांनी बाकीचे सामान देण्यास नकार दिला आणि तक्रार करण्यास नकार दिला.
