TARIQ MAJEED filed complaint against Amazon.in on May 12, 2019
It is highly regrettable to be deceived and that too by a company that claims to be the best and number * in customer satisfaction. The story has been of the last two months. This has changed my whole perception of Amazon from being customer friendly to a deceptive platform. I am briefing about my bitter experience on Amazon as follows:-
I ordered a product on **th of Feb **** on urgent basis. It was expected by the *th of March ****. To my disappointment, it is yet to reach me. The refund has been completed but that is not the thing I need from Amazon. I pay to get the product not to get my payment back after waiting for that much time. The status shows please wait for few days and it has been showing this for the past two months. Ridiculously, now it shows that the package has lost.
Second time:- I ordered another on **th of March **** and was expected by **th of March ****. It is also yet to reach me. It shows that the package may have lost. Refund completed but that is not the thing I ordered. I needed the product really badly. I didn't get that.
Third Time:- Ordered another product on *th April ****. Was returned to the seller without any reason. Refund completed.
Fourth time:- I ordered the same product again on **th April. Was expected by **th April. It was also returned to seller without contacting me. Refund again completed.
Fifth time:- Ordered the same product third time on **th April ****. This time the next day I get the message that it may be delayed because the product has reached an incorrect courier partner. Today was its last delivery date. Once again returned to the seller without even letting me know. Ridiculous even after getting so much assurance from your high-end team that it will be delivered at any cost in the stipulated time.
Sixth Time:- Again ordered a product by changing the pin code and entered the pin code as given by them that didn't work. Then I changed to what actually is the pin code of my location. Unfortunately this time too the item got returned to the seller. Called them asked them to provide the contact number of courier partner or let them contact him and deliver my product at the location convenient to them, they did not.
*Almost in all the orders I have got the tracking details showing that the product may be late because it has reached incorrect courier partner* (Screenshots attached)
*Now my serious demand is that I should be getting a compensation of Rs ******. Rs Two Lacs for all this pain, humiliation, deception, frustration and wasting my complete two months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
