I have ordered few items from Ajio, it was expected delivery as Feb **th ****, later when I contacted service desk they said it can be delivered by **th Feb. But I want to get that items urgently so contacted again customer service , they said items got lost, order will be cancelled and refund can be initiated in * days. But after multiple attempts with customer service I got that reply which is completely disappointing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
