Reez filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 10, 2022
I placed the order for 'Tandoori chicken' via ORDER #************ yesterday for Rs.*** and I paid Rs.*** online after discounts.. Ideally in ANY restaurant, they charge the amount for * pieces of chicken. But this time I received only * pieces and * pieces were missing. Upon noticing this, I immediately contacted swiggy customer care demanding a refund on the undelivered items who told me they cannot help and asked me to mail foodissues@swiggy.in. I mailed them explaining the situation, but they blatantly refused to refund or any type of compensation. My only ask is to refund the amount for the undelivered items. Attaching snaps.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
