Dunzo - Item of lesser value delivery than the one ordered

I ordered cat litter box(large size) and a smaller size was delivered. After raising a concern for a replacement. On the phone app the case was closed without any resolution and when I dropped them an email. They gave false information stating they will refund a particular amount which was already supposed to be refused since the other product which i ordered was not available at the store. When I asked them to check it again....they sent me a standard response * time ...back to back. As if they were playing a game.
