I ordered through Brandfactoryonline on June **, ****. They shipped the product to the wrong delivery address and no one picked it. I asked the refund and complained about it more than * times through customer care but still, there is no response. Customer care people just bluffed by saying tomorrow you will get your money back every time I called. It is been a month but I never got my money. I just don't know why Brandfactory fool and loot people.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
