Ashray filed complaint against Brandfactoryonline on Aug 3, 2019
I ordered * shirts from online store brandfactoryonline.com today(* Aug,**** **:**pm) and payment was also done by debit card. My order got cancelled without my permission and knowledge(at **:**pm same day). I had ordered the shirts because of the ongoing offer which isn't active now.
I tried calling them but no customer service after **pm. I have also emailed a complaint regarding this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
