I recieved my package from fedex on *nd Jan **** which was supposed to be delivered on * days ago. I paid the custom duty fees too but when i opened the package, the main item was missing from the box. It was Apple Airpods Pro which are worth more than **k indian rupees and when i called the delivery guys/customer care they were harrassing me saying that how can they be so sure that i am not lying. Why would i pay double the price of items just to have those items missing? I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
