Datta shinde filed complaint against Shiprocket on Sep 22, 2021
I had purchased a bluetooth head phone wireless on ** sep **** on shiprocket site and the same had been delivered to me on ** sep **** however, the item I was bought on site and delivered is different. Pic of the item which were delivered to me is enclosed herewith. For inquiry about the incident I was personally called the customer care executive of the company on same day but till no any response has received from company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
