- Item damaged in transit Open
I have been a victim of Shiprocket shipping services company. My order AWB *************** with Xpressbees was delivered on **th June ****. I had * items inside the package. Out of which one item was damaged. My customer came back and shared pictures and details and I refunded my customer Rs. *** (the value of * item). The very same day on **th June **** I complained to a shiprocket agent about this and she asked me for picture evidence. I sent her the pics and she said it will be looked into and that she has raised a complaint and it should be solved. After that I never heard from anyone from Shiprocket again. After few day I again contacted shiprocket and spoke to another agent. whom I explained the matter again and again he asked me to send pics evidence. This time I got frustrated and denied to send him any pics and asked him to check the previous conversation I had with the other agent. He was of no help so I asked him to transfer the chat to a manager. He said he arranged a call back and that manager will call soon. So I ended the chat and went away. After * days again I got no response from anyone. No calls or emails, nothing. So, again I contacted shiprocket for the third time for the same issue. This time the agent asked me to send pics again. I denied to send him. He then said you did not send us the pics we wanted within ** hours of delivery so we cannot help you. Then I was triggered. I took screenshot each and every chat conersation I had on **th June where I send pics whatever I was aksed and I send to this agent. He then comes back and tells me you need to send unpacking video. I mean how many people make unpacking video? Is is fair. After sending all the pics they wanted they are asking unpacking video? They plainly denied to help me. When I asked for a manager this agent denied that too and said an executive will call in * hours. I asked him to stay in the chat till the ecexutive calls me. But after some time he disconnected the chat on my face.
Conclusion: Companies like these can not be trusted. They may seem a good option but your packages will get damaged in the long run and they wont do anyting about that. We must take action against them.
