I placed an order on **th Jun'** of ** items. Order no- SO*********. It was supposed to be delivered by **th of July'**** but till date, it has not been delivered. Customer care people only have one resolution wait for * working days order is under custom clearance. The app shows that my package has been delivered. I only get misled my customer care. I ask for the cancellation of my order and refund. Customer care people can't take request stating that product is already shipped. I am helpless and clueless now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
