Netmeds - Issue with refund

I have ordered ** tins of simyl mct milk powder ***gm from Netmeds on *jan **** and I have received a damaged product regarding which I complained to the customer care. I was asked to send them a mail and I did so. I was told that I will receive my refund in **-** hrs at first which was crossed. I kept calling them again and again and they kept on changing the refund duration from * working days to * weeks . Today it is feb **th and I am yet to receive my refund. Today I have given a call to them and they are saying that the refund is not processed yet . Last time I had a word with them on feb **th and they told me that they initiated the payment. I really don’t know what to do . They are negligent and irresponsible
