- Issue on Online Hotel booking Open

I booked a room in Hotel OYO Nimalan Residency Shenoy Nagar Anna Nagar Near Pvr Cinemas Skywalk (Booking ID: HSTO****) for two guests from ** PM on October * to ** AM on October **. We checked in at **:** PM, and I had already paid Rs. ****. The hotel then requested an additional Rs. ***, which I paid. However, the two rooms they showed us had cockroaches on the beds. When I complained, the hotel staff sprayed insecticide. I raised further concerns and spoke to the manager, who offered to show me another room. Unfortunately, this room was full of hair, and the linens were clearly not clean. When I informed the hotel management about these issues, they were rude and told us to leave the premises. I contacted OYO for a resolution, but after waiting over ** minutes, they said they were offering a **% refund, which was completely unacceptable. I explained that I was stranded in the middle of the road at midnight, yet they made no effort to accommodate us at another property. Attached few photos and evidences for reference and next action
