Actually, I wish to purchase from Shivalik Hyundai, S.G. Highway but on that day they were not able to deliver. So Krupeshbhai **********, who is working with Shivalik Hyundai arrange a car from Pratham Hyundai, Sanand on **/**/**** & I got delivery on the same day.
I already paid for choice number, Person (Krupeshbhai) told me that for the choice number you will need to wait for *-* months. I said ok will do. But days pass away & I regularly follow up with Krupesh for choice number & every time he uses to tell me one more week, One more week, more than six months passed away. At last, I received the RC book last week at my doorstep with a regular number, which was GJ**CM****. I was totally very disappointed looking to it. If I need regular number than why shall I waited for so long to get it?
I talk with the manager of Pratham Hyundai. He clearly said I can't do anything. So now where shall I go & to whom shall I complain about this issue? I need your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please help or suggest to me.
