I bought a I-phone X which most of the people think is best, at costly price *****/- (bill attached) in Mar-** from one of the showroom in Gurugram including ** months screen protection plan from servify, And after * months it got fell down from my hand and screen broke with multiple crack (cheap quality hardware obviously) and it's enclosure bent a bit, so I logged a call with servify to replace the screen (as per screen protection plan), after one week I got to know that they refused to repair the phone and showing in the servify app that I have to pay for new phone and submit my old phone for free. I have called and email to servify that under the screen protection plan only provide me the new screen or the amount for the same, if you can't repair. But they didn't listen and keep on saying to buy the new phone, why would I buy new phone if it's only screen is broken and everything else is working fine (service center slip attached clearly mentioning that only screen and enclosure is damaged.) I only want my phone to be repaired, or refund the screen cost amount, or provide me the Iphone x screen.
Very disappointing reply from servify, Kindly help to resolve this issue.
