- ION EXACENSE pvt LTD is not responding for AMC after collecting money ^Open

Hi Sir, I am writing this to you as now the situation in all over the world is suffering with COVID-** and in this situation it is really difficult for me to manage because of my issue by having t kids (* yrs and ** months) On June **** someone called and told they are from aquaguard and sending technician for filters replacement and next movement i got call from technician saying he is from Aquzguard as per the discussion i provided him my home address after few minutes technician came to my home saying they are from aquaguard water purifier. after checking water purifier he informed me about AMC and when i ask ID card and other details, as per the details provided by the technician i be leaved that guy is from Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD) as he informed me that both Aquaguard and Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD) are working together and Bangalore is taking care from Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD). based on the discussion i have paid amount **** for * years AMC after that he did the replacement of "ABHC" and went by saying for every * months there is filter cleaning and for every one year replacement of filters (until end of * years it will * replacements (one now June-** + June-** and end of AMC June -**** ). after that no turn up and after making multiple followups one technician came on Aug **** ( Suppose to be on June-**) changed filters "ABHD" then the problem started filters he changed started leakage in side and water is slipping all over filter inside again after multiple followups again he came and changed "B" on Dec-**". now the new problem started, because of the quality less of filters now the filet stopped working and again multiple followups again one more technician came (Nagesh - Mobile numbers - **********, **********) on Feb **st **** and did something by opening and removing some parts to test and he did not succeeded he cuts many electric wires inside and called multiple people and finally he found that "Mother Board" is gone and told me he will get mother board tomorrow at any cost to change and left by keeping all opened stuff like that and after no response till now and even call center lady saying someone will come, someone will come but no luck. after checking all details about this Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD) is fraud company and making all this nonsense along with Aquaguard. i wanted to file * case against this *. Case against Eureka Forbs Aquaguard for selling customer data to fraud companies like Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD) *. Case against Aquacare (Ion Exacense (PVT) LTD) for taking money and cheating. Regards, Hari - Client ID- *****
