We have registered for *yr AMC from ionExacense Aquacare. my customer id is ***** .On first day after service there was leakage from Aquagaurd. The leakage is too much it is effective our wood work. Since ** days I am calling customer care everyday to fix the problem. They are promising that they we will definitely send someone by today EOD, but no one is coming. We are really frustrated and in trouble. We don't have any complaint number. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this. It is very sad to see our efforts and hard earn money going waste.
