I had booked a flight to Bangalore to Goa for my wife and kid on ** Nov ****, This is a round trip ticket. When we showed for check in on ** Nov, we were told the PNR is invalid and the booking was cancelled. The vistara airline officials told us booking.com is responsible for cancellation. Booking.com didn’t inform me about this cancellation.
Booking.com support GoToGate never responds to calls and when they do: They cheat us by acting like they don't hear our voice particularly when we try to explain our problem. This has happend multiple times, They will hear us properly until we explain the problem, When we start explaining they would say they can't hear us and they will disconnect.
Due to this I had to buy * new tickets to Goa for my wife and daughter at the last minute for ***** rupees/-.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
