I have raised a service request from the application ,like my internet is not working same time service ticket raised and updated as by today EOD it will resolve ,but no one has reached out to me issue still same , day changed same ticket updated as by today EOD it will resolve , but not resolved i m trying to reach them as mentioned numbers in the portal , those also saying the service ticket raised it will resolve i waited till yesterday night no one reached , today i checked the service ticket same updated as expected, by today eod it will resolve , it was completely effecting my work and other productivity things , so please take this as priority and take the necessary action.
