On April *, I ordered a new connection from You Broadband using their website, and paid using Google Pay. The amount was ****. After nearly a week, I had no response from the team. I had contact details of one of their technicians, and he said service isn't feasible in my area. The company itself never officially got in touch with me. I called their customer care, but on the rare occasions they picked up, they said it has been initiated. All they do is say they will escalate the matter to the concerned team. I understand lockdown has affected service resolution, but it has been more than * months and I just want my money back.
