I called ACT fibernet to know the feasibility inu area. Without visiting my place they said that there is visibility and asked me to choose a plan and do the online transfer **** for * months ACT Strom plan. That's it. The person who interacted with me to get me paid disappeared. After that another person called me to share the location for installation. Once he visited , then he said that there is no nearby box available, so that the box need to be installed in my house. I talked to the house owner and got permission. They needed power for the box and they took it from my house. The box was installed. The person who installed the box and left. Then * persons who stated installing connection. They took the all Saturday ( **-**-****) to install the connection. Finally evening, I got connection. I was relieved. My relief was not lasted for ** hours. Since Sunday onwards, the internet was getting disconnected. Monday morning onwards, it completely disconnected . When i contacted the person who installed, i didn't get any response. I raised SR back SR no response. I called customer care and as usual they gave some random time to fix it. I lost money, time and mental health as well
