Hathway Internet is not working from last * days, I have raised complaint on **th December, but not yet resolved, without my confirmation ticket has closed, they are not following SLA guidelines. As we are working from home, we have faced net issues, which effected our work.
Kindly resolve issue ASAP or otherwise return my money, we cannot tolerate this anymore
