Hathway called regarding offer of free dualband router if upgrade my plan to higher. as per their confirmation I have paid amount on **-Dec-**** and raised request for the same. Last four months I have called them so many times but they did not provide router as they confirmed. They make me frustrated.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
