I have made a payment of **** INR and it has been more than ** hours I have not got any confirmation and the connection has not been started yet.
The service provider has only set up the router and left. Also, he is not answering the calls. His name is Rupesh and his contact number is **********.
Could someone please help me, as all my work is dependent on WiFi connection.
