I am residing in Vasna, Ahmedabad and choose to get broadband service of YOU Broadband for * months. Internet disconnecting constantly (say ** times in a month) and I asked for refund from YOU Broadband as they did not even have team to resolve. Once Internet disconnects, they took minimum * days to resolve. So I could not get value for my money so ask for refund but they have just once sentence that " they did not have refund policy". Requested to help me for get my amount for remaining period so I can avail service of another service provider
