I am a non-pensioner senior citizen. On the last day and due to the pressure I paid for ** months fee of about ₹*****. I was not aware of the plans for personal and residential use.
I requested Hathaway to check my usage for the last one year and downsize my plan. The next plan is half the price which is also more than sufficient. But no success. Please help.
