Hathaway - Hathaway harassments

I have emailed the helpdesk multiple times around cancelling the connection, given the address for collection of the router, yet I get almost */**, I have lost count in a day, asking me to renew, reminding me to renew, giving me an offer to renew, asking me about the status. This has been happening for * months. Even on these calls, I have mentioned */* times that this is what it is, please add that to the database and please do the needful, yet they turn a blind eye to the main issue and continue to harass me. I feel that until I renew the connection that I no longer need, they will not stop, how can they be such bullies. I have lost no money, but it's literally playing with my mental health, I have downloaded truecaller just so I can block their calls/not pick the calls. But they have ***s of numbers, and somehow or the other, I still get almost */* calls everyday, these are the ones I notice, there might be others.
